Whatsapp Infrastructure (July)

Problem Statement: Whatsapp limits are unreliable and not scaling with business, Whatsapp is directly bringing 50% of Attendance(and to Conversion)

1. Defined reliability → 2. Identified Poor performing template → 3. Template Segregation → 4. Revamped Sending logic → 5. Onboarded 2nd Partner

  1. Built custom Integration with YM to get real-time message delivery reports, Prev was unmonitored and downloaded as a D-1 report from a Dashboard
  2. Capacity in Sept fluctuated between 25k to 17k across 7 no.s (only 2 numbers at 10k capacity)
  3. Identified templates (20 templates, X thousand Instances/day) that were spamming users multiple times/day. Fix Led to 2 consistent 10k limit numbers
  4. Segregated numbers across business funnels →Improved the total capacity to 363k ( from 25k in a month)
    1. 3 numbers at 100k capacity
    2. 6 numbers at 10k capacity
  5. Implemented revised Filtering and Priority logic that incentivized limit upgrade for every number leading to our first 100k number
  6. Whatsapp Infra is the backbone of bringing consistent 50%+ attendance in TOFU SC sessions (X00k weekly) , and IELTS masterclass (Y00k weekly) as of March 2022
