Problem Statement: TAT for setting a new communication is 2 days which is the biggest lever of Attendance (and Conversion)

- Onboarded Webengage (Marketing Automation Tool)
- Defined backend events schema and sync frequency
- Stakeholder education on how to use Webengage(Adopted by 70+ funnel owners, {X}k Journeys created, {Y}k Whatsapp, {Z}k SMS, {A}k Email, {B}k Push, Rest API Journeys)
- Integrated channels with Vendors: SMS Kalyera, Whatsapp YM, IVR Exotel, Sparkpost Email
- Integration was my first project in the first 2 weeks of Joining
- Migrated journeys from Zoho (~30, Email+Whatsapp Automation) to reduce Journey creation TAT of 2 days(Create function on Zoho, call API of the vendor, no analytics) → Webengage (minutes)
Whatsapp Infrastructure (July)
Problem Statement: Whatsapp limits are unreliable and not scaling with business, Whatsapp is directly bringing 50% of Attendance(and to Conversion)
1. Defined reliability → 2. Identified Poor performing template → 3. Template Segregation → 4. Revamped Sending logic → 5. Onboarded 2nd Partner
- Built custom Integration with YM to get real-time message delivery reports, Prev was unmonitored and downloaded as a D-1 report from a Dashboard
- Capacity in Sept fluctuated between 25k to 17k across 7 no.s (only 2 numbers at 10k capacity)
- Identified templates (20 templates, X thousand Instances/day) that were spamming users multiple times/day. Fix Led to 2 consistent 10k limit numbers
- Segregated numbers across business funnels →Improved the total capacity to 363k ( from 25k in a month)
- 3 numbers at 100k capacity
- 6 numbers at 10k capacity
- Implemented revised Filtering and Priority logic that incentivized limit upgrade for every number leading to our first 100k number
- Whatsapp Infra is the backbone of bringing consistent 50%+ attendance in TOFU SC sessions (X00k weekly) , and IELTS masterclass (Y00k weekly) as of March 2022
